In a Third-Party Delivery arrangement, the Australian registered provider retains full responsibility for the curriculum, academic standards, assessment, and the awarding of qualifications. The offshore institution — typically a local college, university, or training provider — delivers the program to students on the ground in their home country.

Third Space sits between the two institutions in an advisory and coordination role. We do not deliver the program ourselves. Twinning Programs

A Twinning Program is a structured academic pathway where a student completes part of their Australian degree at a local institution in their home country, then transfers to the Australian campus to finish the remainder. The most common structure is a 2+1 or 2+2 arrangement — for example, two years studied locally, followed by one or two years in Australia.

The key benefit for students is that the years studied locally are fully recognised by the Australian institution — meaning every unit completed counts toward the final Australian degree.
